  • Happiness would be only marginally more difficult to measure that'product' so why not ? Although I would be wary of the methods for collecting the data. Look what happend when box ticking becomes more important than people in Staffordshire.

  • Definatly a step in the right direction, and one that I think would work well with the possible future changes to the NHS. Though one to be taken with caution I think its all too easy for these ideals to become totalitarian.
